Maddie was our first KaneHR intern. She is currently studying for a BSc in Criminology at the University of Bath and is due to return to us as an HR Assistant once she has completed her studies in 2023.

Maddie is a highly valued member of the team, supporting clients with all aspects of employee administration and managing our HR system, Breathe, to ensure all clients’ employee records always remain up to date. Maddie is our ‘go-to’ person for note taking and regularly attends internal client meetings, minuting discussions and actions. She has also led a number of research initiatives, including those relating to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion; and ‘Living with Covid in the Workplace.’

Aside from her studies, Maddie has held various roles in the hospitality industry, including Bar Manager and Lead Waitress. She is also a very keen sportswoman and has played elite level football at Reading FC and Oxford United. Added to that she achieved black belt in Karate at 10 years’ old!
