Reporting to: Business Development Executive
Location: Oxford Circus, Central London (Office based role)
Remuneration: £23,000 to £25,000 per year, dependant on experience
Estimated Start Date: As soon as possible
Background
Arke Creative Ltd is a rapidly growing office fit out company in Central London and the South East. The team at Arke specialise in the design, creation and delivery of the highest quality of office interiors recently ranking #62 in the Sunday times 100 Fastest Growing Companies 2023.
Within this role the individual will be required to assist in researching new business opportunities for the Company to develop its pipeline. Assist in day-to-day management of internal database and make calls to verify opportunities. The majority of the role will involve outbound calling, use of excel, custom CRM system and web-based information platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to join a young and dynamic Company with uncapped commission structure.
Core Responsibilities
- Outbound calling potential prospects to introduce services and discuss requirements in an articulate manner
- Manage databases efficiently, maintaining and updating records as required
- Accurate data entry
- Researching commercial letting software to increase business efficiency
- Researching emerging companies and start ups, ensuring you are well-informed to help in targeting potential clients and tailoring the offering
- Effectively collaborating with and supporting the wider Business Development Team in order to contribute to collective success
This list is not exhaustive, and the post-holder will be required to undertake other duties, as and when required, which are broadly in line with the above key responsibilities. However, as we are a growing Company, we would expect these duties to evolve and change over time.

Experience and Education
- Previous sales experience is preferred, however it is not required
