The Role
We’re looking for a driven, commercially sharp Business Development Manager to grow our agency, corporate, and consumer portfolios. If you thrive in a fast‑paced agency environment and love turning opportunities into revenue, this is your stage.

Own the CRM and maintain a clear, accurate, and insight‑driven pipeline.
Take detailed client briefs and work closely with the operations and creative teams to shape standout proposals and pitch presentations.
Deliver confident, compelling pitches that convert into contracted business.
Negotiate contracts and close opportunities to meet (and exceed) revenue targets.
Act as a brand ambassador for Tigerlike, representing us at industry events and maintaining a strong market presence.
Track competitor activity, client trends, and sector insights to inform strategy and identify new opportunities.
What We're Looking For
Proven business development or sales experience within an events, creative, or experiential agency.
A natural networker with strong relationship‑building skills and commercial confidence.
Comfortable running a proactive sales pipeline and managing CRM reporting.
Skilled in taking accurate briefs and translating them into clear proposals and persuasive client presentations.
Confident in using social media platforms for outreach and lead generation.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com) and strong Microsoft Office skills.
A skilled negotiator with strong commercial awareness and a consultative approach to selling.
Desirable
Experience owning KPIs such as revenue growth, conversion rates, and pipeline metrics.
Understanding of GDPR and ethical sales practices.
Experience working with corporate brands or creative/marketing agencies.
Knowledge of TOMS.
Why Tigerlike?
Join a passionate, collaborative team where creativity and ambition are genuinely valued.
Real opportunities for progression as the agency grows.
Great benefits including enhanced parental leave, birthday holiday, volunteer day, travel discounts, and pension.
A supportive, inclusive culture where you can bring ideas, shape relationships, and drive your career forward.
